There are multiple benefits of yoga practice, starting with the positive effects on cardiovascular capacity, respiratory rehabilitation, restoring muscle strength and endurance, correcting posture and body alignment, increasing joint mobility, improving coordination, control and balance, relaxation, sensitivity reeducation. Our personal experience is highlighted by our personal daily yoga practice, as well as university studies in human kinetics, which both have a major impact how we customize our yoga classes to keep a happy balanced yoga class.
As a teacher, together, YOGA and SCIENCE have amplified my talent to recognize and empathize with each practitioner in my yoga classes, being aware of the physical level of each person and offering posture alternatives. On the other hand, YES, it is true that sometimes, I might take you out of your comfort zone…but then again, my teaching is authentic and active, aiming to balance the mind, body and spirit in each practice.
