I suffered from a back contracture for 7 years!

It was so painful, with irradiation all over the left area, pectoralis, mandible, sternocleidomastoid, with tremendous migraine. For seven years I went from doctor to doctor, I even went to a psychiatrist who administered antidepressant treatment.

Until one day when I was recommended yoga, exactly Bikram Yoga.

Well, I had not tried that ... otherwise I have done it all. Usually, I am an agitated person and  the pain creates a state of continuous discomfort, I told myself: “yoga is not for me…for yoga you have to be calm to meditate and be patient, and none of them were my style. However, the doctor insists on going with all confidence, because it is gymnastics in a warm environment, 40 degrees, with continually active elongation and starching movements of the spine. This was happening in November 2018. I registered that and that is all… but as my condition was getting worse…

I was in DESPAIR!!!! .....and so, I decided, and on July 4, 2019 I got the first yoga session at the Hot Yoga Romania studio, in Bucharest. And since then I am there 4, 5 times a week. My favorite sessions are Bikram Yoga classes.

And not only, but after 11 months of practicing Bikram Yoga, there are AMAZING RESULTS!!!

At a repeat of the MRI, the condition of the cervical spine is much better now in 2020, compared to 2 years ago in 2018. My position of my back has changed. Now I stand up straight with my shoulders pulled back and my chest forward. And not only did the condition of the cervical spine improve, but so did the cholesterol level, which dropped from 328 to 236, as well as my menopause imbalance hormones calmed down and now, I have less of the hot flashes, insomnia and irritated mood swings.

Not only does it heal you physically, slowly, but mentally it gives you a state of balance. Soul harmony, calm, light.
