Bikram Yoga is special: it is traditional Hatha Yoga and it is used to change and heal our bodies from inside out. The changes and the healing happen while practicing a series of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 Pranayama breathing techniques in a heated room for 40 degrees and 40% humidity. The sequence of postures and the environment are designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During each 90-minute session you will work 100% of your body; every muscle, joint, organ and major gland, giving you an incredible sense of well being, detoxifying your body inside out, "from bones to the skin, fingertips to the toes".
