Daisy’s view on YOGA:
Yoga is to connect your body and mind, and more than that - Bikram Yoga is also an open-eyed meditation.
It’s about creating and sharing energy with the people around us.
Daisy’s BIO
I started practicing Bikram Yoga as a solution for my health problems and it helped with my frequent headaches and back issues from a car accident. It even helped my blood pressure - my doctor was impressed and took me off medication. Of course I then fell in love with it!
In Fall 2016 I attended Bikram Teacher Training to pursure my dream of teaching yoga to others. Since then, I have been teaching wherever I have traveled: Australia, Philippines, Hong Kong, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and here in California – Being Yoga, 2018
Daisy’s Message for You:
There is an old Chinese saying, "Healthy is wealthy!" Even with all the money in the world, you need a healthy body and healthy mind to live a full and happy life. With proper set-up and alignment, magic happens in each posture!
